[edit] License for Contributions

Right now contributions are not agreed to be licensed at all. We should probably change that for legal purposes. This is only going to be for new contributions, unless we can contact all the users and get them to agree to license their stuff under the new license.

The point of this site is to be a useful resource for the NESDev community people to learn and build on, so a free license would be best. Wikipedia uses the GFDL <ref>[1] GFDL</ref>, but there's also the different varieties of Creative Commons licenses (commercial/noncommercial, etc).
